Whatsapp Folder New Location in Android 

I was looking for whatsapp folder in my M01 Core Android Smartphone, but as far as i remember, previously it was on the different location. i.e. previously this folder was in following location;

In the Internal Storage

It was directly in the main page of internal storage

 Whatsapp

and then the folders named Backups, Databases and Media etc. in that folder.
But, now i found it in the different location i.e.

Android
media
com.whatsapp
whatsapp 

And here i am able to see the folders named Backups, Databases and Media etc.

Update about Google Photos free Cap Ending for High Quality Upload on June 1, 2021

As per the update on google photos about the High Quality photos and videos backed up in Google Photos, that All the new videos and photos that we choose to back up in high quality after first june 2021 will count toward the free Storage (15 GB) that comes with the google account, or any other additional storage that we may have purchased etc. 

 However the good news is that All the videos and pictures that we have already backed up in high quality or will be backing up before first june 2021 will be exempted from this change and would not count toward our free storage. 

That is to say we can still upload and back up our pictures and videos till 31 may 2021 and those will be free and not be counted toward our free storage. 

Once we reach this limit, we may need to subscribe to the Google One Plans for the additional storage which is a PAID Service. 

We can also delete some content if some content is worth deleting, this way we get some space for the important pictures. 

The choice is ours. 

My Views: I think this is not a bad decision. 15 GB is a very good storage space. It's good enough for me.

I support this Decision by Google. Tell me what you think about it.

Back Up Whatsapp Messages

To back up whatsapp Messages:
For iphone:
Go to Settings
Then Chat Settings
Then Select Chat Backup
Then Select Back Up Now

For Android:
Go to Settings
Then go to Chat settings
Select Backup conversations

To copy the Media Files;
Copy the folder by going to following location;
Go to sdcard
Then go to WhatsApp
Copy the folder Media


Easy :)

Yahoo Messenger Public Chat Rooms will be closing on 14 dec 2012 ?

Hi Friends. How are you today?
Just wanted to share a news with all of you.
Friends, I just saw the blog of yahoo messenger and found that yahoo public chat rooms will not be available after 14 Dec.
Strange ... Very Strange ... Isn't it ?
But It will finally shut down :(
Enjoy the last few days at yahoo chat rooms :)
Few more features will also be discontinued.like ping box and windows live messenger will also not be interoperable with yahoo messenger
