How to Lock Computer
Press Windows logo key on the keyboard + L

We can also create a shortcut on the Desktop to lock the computer and by clicking that shortcut we can lock our computer.
Its very simple. Here's how we can do that;
 Right click on desktop,
Click on New and then Shortcut In "Type the location of the item " location,
Type the following

       rundll32 user32.dll,LockWorkStation
 

or

       C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe user32.dll,LockWorkStation 
 

Click on Next to continue In "Type a name for this shortcut", type Lock PC
 Then click on Finish to create the shortcut
Very Easy.
 Now we can use this shortcut to lock our pc by clicking on this shortcut
