Android App Crash Problem
In case of problems in your android mobile device like Crashing application or hang or not responding properly, First of all Restart your android mobile device (or power off the android mobile device and then power on or if you are unable to see the option of restarting or power off, then the power button need to be pressed and hold for few seconds and your phone will restart).
You may also check the android update in your droid mobile device after restarting it.
If your  android mobile device is already updated then you may need to update the app which is having problem.  For that you need to go to the droid mobile device's play store app and then go to my apps and see if there is an update available, then update it by taping on update option.
You may try clearing the cache of the app which is causing problem.
Sometimes you may need to clear the app's data. But doing that will erase all the data saved in that app, so you need to take back up before doing this.
Sometimes you might need to uninstall and reinstall the app. (But you need to take the back up before doing anything like that. )
